What Makes You Tick?
National Traits: Electric Rebirth - Due to electricity having been used to reanimate him, Quasimodo is able to absorb electricity, seemingly feeding off it as easily as he can food, and in fact substitutes it for food.
Enhanced Strength - Quasimodo has vastly more strength than normal humans, due to having been assembled from the best parts of the dead, and having had his entire body, muscles and bone, reinforced.
Great Durability - Though he can be greatly damaged, since Quazzi is already 'dead', he can survive nearly any amount of damage, except the removal of the brain or heart.
Gifted Intellect - Along with the best body parts, Quasimodo received genetically engineered minds, able to think much more rapidly than the average human. This allows him to understand concepts very quickly, to strategize very well, and adapt several other beneficial traits.
Unique Qualities: Electrokinesis - As part of his natural trait to feed off of electricity, Quazzi is able to store said electricity and then use it to his advantage, creating bolts of lightning, electrically charged blades, and electrically overloading an opponent's nervous system.
Cybernetically Implanted Weapons - Quazzi is practically a war machine, designed for combat and killing. He has had miniature machine guns implanted in his right hand's fingertips, and his left arm has been replaced with a large Gatling gun, with several small missiles hidden inside of his shoulders.
Withering Touch - At will, Quazzi is able to cause organic or inorganic matter to wither, die, and turn to dust. Quazzi, for unknown reasons, refuses to use this ability while fighting, and instead uses it simply because he likes to wipe out beauty.
Weaknesses: Water - Quazzi, as part of a genetic rarity, is incapable of coming in contact with water, which will burn at his skin and melt his flesh. While using his electric abilities, Quazzi could possibly be killed if he were to come in contact with water.
Split Personality - As part of being sewn together from more than one corpse, Quazzi has developed a split personality, with one aspect of it being apathetic and cold-blooded, the second being a rage-filled and blood-drunk beast, and the third being a depressed man with suicidal thoughts.
Personality: As mentioned before, Quazzi has a split personality; depressed, rage-filled, and apathetic. These three aspects of his mind show themselves at certain triggers, with the apathetic aspect being his central personality, the rage-filled aspect appearing during battle, and the depressed aspect coming out randomly, with no warning or explanation. All of these personality aspects, however, share one desire: to wipe out beauty.
History: Quasimodo Brook is a composite of five different people, each of whom were murdered brutally and left in a variety of locations, which, when lines were drawn between the locations of their bodies, formed the symbol of anarchy, an "A" with a circle drawn around it.
Sewn together and electrically revived, Quazzi was given the name of Quasimodo Brook, and then escaped from where he was revived and hunted down his killer, slaughtering him easily. Monitored by his reanimators, Quazzi was made into a soldier, and quickly rose through the ranks to become the top soldier in the army of the Experimental Vaults.
A highly skilled strategist, Quasimodo, despite his skills as a leader, is not one pleasant to work with, often killing his subordinates in cold blood or in fits of anger, making him one of the most feared creatures to come out of the Experimental Vaults.
