What Makes You Tick?
National Traits:
# Electric Rebirth - Because Blondie was killed in action, the government decided to use Ashleigh, their country's vigilante, as one of their first to undergo reanimation. And it's because of this, Blondie is incredibly loyal to the Experimental Vaults.
# Enhanced Strength - Blondie's overall strength and abilities have significantly increased due to reanimation. She can bench press a good 350 and stronger frame allows her to be a force to be reckoned with.
# Great Durability - Blondie's overall durability is phenomenal. She can survive bullet wounds, knife wounds, as well as any other physical harm. Of course, just because she can survive doesn't mean she doesn't get hurt. And like all reanimated people, if her brain or heart are removed or fatally wounded, then Blondie will die.
# Gifted Intellect - Perhaps Blondie's best treat is her constantly thinking mind. She's aware that her new intelligence may be off putting to others but it's because of her new intelligence that the Experimental Vaults have done so well. Most problems that are solved, are generally-first, solved by her and as far as effective war strategies, Blondie has become a mastermind.
Unique Qualities: Blondie is an expert marksman and carries her own set of revolvers with her.
Weaknesses:
Fire - As like all the other reanimated, fire, for a rather bizarre reason, is Blondie's greatest physical weakness. No one is particular sure on why fire has this effect on the reanimated but many assume that since dead skin is burned in fire, i.e cremation, that that may be the most logical theory that is accepted as of right now.
Emotions- Blondie is easily taken advantage of if her emotions get the best of her. This, in her opinion, is her greatest downfall. She tends to act irrationally when under pressure and has made some key mistakes in the past. Blondie tends to suffer from either caring too much or for caring too little.
Short range or long range stabbing weapons- As stated before, if a reanimated person's heart or brain are fatally wounded in battle, then that person will die. This one of the reasons why Blondie prefers guns then close range weapons. All it takes is one little slip up, and Blondie will be no more.
Personality: Blondie is very protective of her people, and is always thinking for the betterment of her people. She believes she owes her home country everything, since her home country, under good intentions, brought her back miraculous from death. Of course, she is very touchy if other people begin talking about her father, Kyle Williams. And most times this is when Blondie can be at her worst. At least emotionally. But overall, she is a strong individual. She doesn't have any problems with the other countries, of course however, if they attack first...then Blondie will respond.
History: Heavily influenced by her father when she was younger, Ashleigh became one of the very few vigilantes that roamed her native country side. But of course, like all tough minded individuals, she eventually began to make her way to other lands. And more often than not, she was surprised to see just how many different civilizations there were. But before she could even begin to learn more about these "strange" creatures, Ashleigh immediately raced home. She had heard, through rumors, that her father, Kyle Williams, was dying that because he had once been a convicted felon, the government's new reanimation experiment would not accept him. This greatly anger Ashleigh and for a while, not many people knew what happened to her. Some thought that she had died when her father did. And some just thought that she had finally lost, just like how her old mad did.
A couple of years after her father's death, Ashleigh began calling herself "Blondie" and it wasn't too long until she became a vigilante again. Infuriated by her family's past, Blondie did all she could to prove to the people of the Experimental Vaults that she was just as good and decent as them if not better. Of course most citizens were terrified by the gunslinger. They were confused by Blondie's thinking. And there were small bounties placed on her head. The people believed that she had become a monster. And they figured the only way to cage a monster, was to kill it.
One night, while cornering her latest victim, an insane man who had just murdered a young couple, Blondie heard shots coming from behind her. And before the gunslinger could do much about it, she had died. No one is completely sure if it was a bounty hunter or if it was a friend of the mentally unstabled man. But one thing that is apparent was, there were witnesses.
Informed by the odd and strange events, the government allowed Blondie to enter the reanimation experiment. Something that they had denied her father only a couple of years earlier. In any case, the experimentation was a success and lone gunslinger was quite literally brought back from the grave.
Because Blondie's experimentation was indeed a success, and more importantly, because Blondie was a more than capable leader...government officials then decided to appoint Blondie to her latest position. Most people of the Experimental Vaults applauded the idea. They had wanted someone who was strong and while her past was a bit odd, many were glad to have someone like her take the reigns.
